Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging  
• Proof of purchase is required  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective  

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at support@wendeyylondon.com within 48 hours with photos attached.
